Classic Shoes

CLASSIC SHOES

Classic shoes are what started it all. If it weren't for them then we wouldn't have shoes. Some examples of classic would be shoes like stan smiths, vans, shell toes, cortez, gazelles, chuck taylors etc.

These shoes have been the building blocks for shoe designers over the past fifty years or so. They are all very simple shoes but are all still worn my millions to this day. They are all quite similar when it comes to the front of the shoe. All of them have the toe box distinctively separate to the rest of the shoe. This is still done today even with new shoes. They are still coming up with new colour ways of these shoes. These shoes are timeless and their possibilities endless.

I actually have all three of the shoes above but in different colours. The cortez and stan smiths are comfortable but the converse aren't as much, but still comfy. They are also pretty cheap, the stan smiths are about 60/70 the cortez probably the same and the converse were €49. And that brings us to the end of my blog. I hope you enjoyed

The Best Shoe

  THE BEST SHOE

The best shoe in the world, in my opinion would have to be these all black vans authentic. I believe this for a number of reasons. Which are listed down below

1- They are very cheap:
These shoes can cost you around €30-€50 depending where you buy them. But I got mine for thirty on sale. this is a pretty reasonable price considering they are good quality.

2- They go with everything:
These shoes go with any outfit you wear and can be worn on any occasion, be it fancy or kicking a ball about with your mates these vans do the job. They go with shorts, trousers and tracksuit bottoms and because they are all black they go with almost every colour

3- Fashionable:
The shoe is extremely simple but it works. This shoe has been around since 1966 and people still love them. Its a timeless shoe and is worn by people all over the world.

4- Durable:
The shoe is very durable for what it is. For example if you wear them constantly for a year or two, like I did they will begin to loose grip and the mid soul might crack but i think thats good for a shoe you can wear with anything. They are also great for playing football in.

Those were the reasons why I think these vans are the best shoes in the world.

NIKE V ADIDAS

NIKE V ADIDAS

Nike and adidas have been rivals in the shoe industry for decades. Although adidas has been around longer nike changed the shoes forever. But lately nike have been lacking in ideas where as adidas have been the complete opposite, coming up with their new mid soul, 'boost'. This recently has become very popular. Some popular shoes with  boost are NMDs and ultra boost. Some famous people have made these type of shoes famous just by wearing them. People like Kanye West and Pharrell Williams both have their own line of boost shoes, Kanye has his yeezys and Pharrell has the 'human race' line. boost hasnt just become popular because famous people have been wearing it, it is also because these shoes are extremely comfortable. Because these shoes are now so popular adidas have bumped up the prices of them from around €120-€200. Adidas have also been doing very well with selling their older shoes like stan smiths and superstars.

On the hand nike havent been doing to well in the shoe industry. They have been lacking ideas and haven't been providing much for the public. People have only really been buying their older shoes like air max1, 90s, 95s, prestos, janoskis and cortez.

popular shoes around the world

POPULAR SHOES AROUND THE WORLD
America-The founders of huge shoe brands like nike, jordan, saucony, new balance etc. Popular shoes in the east cost of america would be shoes like new balance, asic gells, air max. These shoes are all low top comfortable shoes. These tend to be more popular in the east because a lot more people would walk/cycle in the east because it would be busy in places like new york or boston. In the west coast people wear more high end shoes like jordans, yeezys, tubulers etc. These shoes are mainly high tops and would be less comfortable then the shoes i mentioned in the east.

shoe materials

shoe materials
The earliest known leather shoe is believed to have dated back to 3500BC. It was made from cowhide and was found in a cave in Armenia in 2008.  Now this shoe was made from cowhide which is leather that is from the hide of a cow, shoes are now made of many different materials such as suede, mesh, rubber, wood and leather. these are just some examples. All these examples that shoes are made of are all made from a primary resource. For example suede is made from the underside of the skin of a lamb, but that's if its real. Here are some classic puma shoes, puma suedes.

Some companies use cheap alternatives to materials. For example leathers cheap alternative is faux leather also known as pleather [plastic leather] this alternative is made from over laying fabric and plastic. This gives the effect of leather without actually being leather. An alternative to suede is vegetan suede.

The base  of shoes are mainly rubber or plastics this part of the shoe has to be durable because this is the part that is in contact with the ground. This is also the part of the shoe that has the most grip
